Gunter Rieck Moncayo

Bio


Gunter Rieck Moncayo is an economic policy advisor in the Sub-Saharan Africa team of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS). Previously, he worked as a coordinator in KAS’ Policy Dialogue and Analysis team. Formerly working in Chile and Geneva, he headed KAS’ regional programme for social and economic governance in Latin America and worked for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. He holds an MA in Political Science, Economics and Mathematics from the University of Potsdam.
