Biography

Ivan Okuda is a lawyer, writer, and consultant. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and is currently a KAS Media Africa Scholar at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa for an MA in Journalism and Media Studies. He has published over 900 articles for the Daily Monitor. His investigative work has also featured on Aljazeera’s Africa Investigates programme.
