Ingo Badoreck will be heading the Rule of Law programme of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) for West Africa based in Senegal from November 2019. Previously, he held the position of Secretary-General of the German Africa Foundation in Berlin. Ingo has worked as Director of the German Chamber of Commerce in Kenya as well as in DR Congo as Political Affairs Officer for the UN Peacekeeping Mission and as Resident Representative of KAS. He holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Stellenbosch.
