Michael Buteera Mugisha is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Population Studies at Makerere University and a founding Director for the Centre of Development Alternatives (CDA), a Ugandan based think-tank. Michael holds master’s degrees in Economics and Development Management from the London Metropolitan University and the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has authored several articles in political economy of development, demography and macroeconomic policy
