Rolf Paasch is the Resident Representative of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) in Uganda. Before, he represented FES in Tanzania. He was also head of the media project fesmedia Africa in Namibia and headed the country office in Afghanistan. Prior to that, he had worked as a correspondent for the German newspaper TAZ and Frankfurter Rundschau.
