Prof. Yasin Olum is a political scientist specialising in public administration. He taught at Makerere University where he was the Head of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration. He was also the Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies at Islamic University in Uganda. He is a Governing Council Member at Muteesa Royal University.
