Hatem Chakroun has been Country Director for Agence Française de Développement in Uganda since 2019. He holds a master’s degree in business administration. Previously, he worked as a Task Team Leader in the field of financial guarantees and capital risk as well as urban development. From 2017 to 2019, was the Deputy Head of the development department at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris
