Ramathan Ggoobi

Bio


Ramathan Ggoobi is an economist and policy analyst. He teaches economics at Makerere University Business School (MUBS) where he also heads the think-tank MUBS Economic Forum. Ramathan has consulted for Overseas Development Institute UK, International Labor Organization, International Monetary Fund, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Government of Uganda and many others. He is Director at the Uganda Development Corporation and writes a weekly column, “Are You Listening Mr. President” in The Sunrise Newspaper.
