Henry Ngabo Mwine is a second-year student of Makerere University with a BA in Social Sciences, majoring in Public Administration and minoring in Social Administration. He is a student debater and Makerere Political Science Association (MUPOSA). Henry is one out of four winners of the Geopolitics Student Debates.
