Maria Mabinty Kamara is the International Criminal Court’s Outreach Officer and Spokesperson for Uganda. She has extensive experience of working in the field with victims and communities that have experienced grave human rights violations – in particular women and children – in Sierra Leone, Kenya and Uganda. Previously, Maria worked with the Special Court for Sierra Leone as Senior Outreach Associate, promoting understanding of the Court’s judicial activities and the rule of law in the country
