Dr. Arne Wulff is a lawyer by profession and the Head of the Rule of Law Program for Sub Saharan Africa based in Nairobi. He worked with Parliament as the Chief Executive Officer for a political fraction in Schleswig-Holstein. Afterward, he operated in the Ministry for Interior before he was appointed by the Prime Minister as the State Secretary for Finance in SchleswigHolstein. Four years later he was appointed by the Prime Minister as the Head of the State Chancellery.
