Biography

Dr. Frederick Golooba-Mutebi is a political scientist and anthropologist. He studied at Makerere University and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He taught and researched at Makerere University,
the University of Witwatersrand, and LSE. He is a Research Associate at the Overseas Development Institute and has consulted for the UN, World Bank, DFID, Irish Aid, SIDA, Danida, USAID, Overseas Development Institute, Development Pathways Ltd (UK); Rand Corporation (USA), Adam Smith International (UK), and Oxford Policy Management (UK).
