Ahmed Hadji

Bio


Ahmed Hadji is an Adjunct senior fellow and founder of the Centre for Policy and Strategic Studies (CPSS). He is also the President and Provost of the Lincoln Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (LIDI) in Uganda, affiliated with the University of Delaware, USA. He designs and leads accredited training for diplomats, military personnel, and multilateral staff on national security, foreign policy, International Migration, counter-terrorism, and engagement with non-state actors.

Ahmed holds a Professional Doctoral scholarship in International Relations from the University of Delaware, a KAS – Supported Master’s degree in Democracy, Good Governance, and Human Rights from Uganda Martyrs University and a B.A in Social Sciences from Makerere University. Ahmed is also a U.S State Department IVLP and SUSI Foreign Policy Alumni and a prolific foreign policy analyst and writer.
