Biography

Agnes Igoye is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School and of the University of Oxford. Agnes escaped human traffickers at 14 when the Lord’s Resistance Army raided her village. She built a center to serve survivors of human trafficking and has trained Common Wealth Parliamentarians. Agnes is the Commandant Uganda Immigration Training Academy, having served as Uganda’s deputy national coordinator for the prevention of trafficking in persons.
