Naumo Juliana Akoryo

Naumo Juliana Akoryo is currently the Commissioner Culture and Family Affairs at the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development. She is a Culture, Gender, and Community Development specialist and an expert on Intangible Cultural Heritage.
She has worked on the formulation, design and implementation of culture and creative industry programmes at the country level. She is the contact person for the 2003 Convention on the safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage and the 2005 UNESCO Convention on the Promotion and the Protection of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions.
