Dr. Robinah Nakawunde Kulabako is a senior lecturer and head of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Makerere University. She has two decades of experience in civil and environmental engineering research, focusing especially on pollution attenuation of groundwater, water treatment, sanitation technologies for non-sewered urban areas and wastewater treatment processes. Much of her research work is in the WASH field undertaken in the urban poor communities. She is a corporate member of the Uganda Institute of Professional Engineers.
