Diana Akullu Wanyama

Bio


Diana Akullu Wanyama is a Digital Finance and Digital Transformation professional with over 12 years of experience in Commercial banking and Technology. She has specialised in Product Management, IT, Project Management and Customer Experience. She is currently the Intervention Manager – Market Infrastructure at Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) Uganda.

Diana is also the outgoing Chairperson of Digital Frontiers Association (DFA) of Uganda and a founder board member of the Alliance of Digital Finance Associations based in South Africa. She is a strong advocate for financial inclusion and the use of digital technology to improve the lives of people in Africa.

Diana holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications engineering and has completed several digital finance courses awarded by Tufts University, Massachusetts, and Digital Frontiers Institute (DFI). She is also on a journey to become a Certified Digital Finance Practitioner (CDFP).
