Madina M. Guloba, Ph.D. is a Senior Research Fellow at the Economic Policy Research Centre where she heads the Microeconomics department. She has extensive research experience in the field of development economics, gender, climate change, education and the environment. She holds a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Dar es Salaam. Madina is a member of the National Advisory Committee on Monitoring and Evaluation in the Office of the Prime Minister and a Technical Committee member on Green Growth in the National Planning Authority.
