Michael Buteera Mugisha is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Population Studies at Makerere University and a founding Director for the Centre of Development Alternatives (CDA), a Ugandan based think-tank. Michael holds master’s degrees in Economics and Development Management from the London Metropolitan University and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
