A distinguished Development Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation Specialist with over 19 years of experience gained in the public sector in Uganda. Currently, he works with the National Population Council as the Ag. Director General. Substantially, he is the Director, Monitoring and Evaluation.
Mr Omwa holds a Master of Science in Development Evaluation and Management from the University of Antwerp, Institute of Development Policy and Management. Master of Business Administration from the University of the People. Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University.
