Before being appointed Resident Representative of Konrad-Adenauer Stiftung to Zimbabwe in 2016, David Mbae was Desk Officer for in-house training in the Department for Financial Administration in Berlin, Germany from 2013 to 2016. Holding a master’s degree in Political Science and Public Law from the University of Trier (Germany), his focus lies on media and environmental policy as well as agricultural development
