Dr Ibrahim Okumu is an Associate Professor and Dean at the School of Economics, Makerere University. He also serves as a World Bank Consultant and Associate Researcher at multiple institutions. His research focuses on economic growth, public finance, and governance. Dr Okumu holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of St Andrews, an MA from McMaster University, and a BA from Makerere University.
