David Onen is the Programme Manager of the Gender and Sexuality Programme at Refugee Law Project, Makerere University. With a background in Psychology, Gender, and Anthropology, David has
extensive experience in working with Persons with Special Needs and with support to survivors of conflict-related violence. He contributed to national and international advocacy and training of Police, military, health workers, UN agencies, and CSOs on inclusive response to the prevention of conflict-related sexual violence.
