H.E. Attilio Pacifici is the Ambassador of the European Union to the Republic of Uganda and Head of the EU Delegation. From November 2009 to December 2014, Attilio served in Liberia with the same function. He started his career in the European Union institutions as a permanent staff in 1993, focusing on Africa and African affairs. He was senior advisor to the EEAS Managing Director for Africa.
