Max Walter is Co-founder and Executive Director of the Centre for Development Alternatives (CDA), researching on topics of economics, energy and skills development. He has consulted for clients like Oxford Policy Management, Adam Smith International and Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and, previously, worked in DR Congo. Max holds an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of York
