James Baanabe Isingoma is the Acting Director in the Directorate of Energy Resources Development of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development. Previously, he worked at the Sugar Corporation of Uganda Limited as Deputy Manager of Process. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Energy Studies from the University of Sheffield and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry. He is a Certified Energy Auditor.
