Hon. Herbert Ariko

Hon. Herbert Ariko is the current Member of Parliament for Soroti Municipality. He is the Shadow Minister for Public Service and Presidency. Herbert holds a master’s degree in Ethics and Public Management from Makerere University and in Management studies from Uganda Management Institute.
