Xavier Sticker is appointed ambassador, permanent representative of France to the United Nations Office and international organizations in Vienna. Graduate of Essec, ENA and three Parisian universities. He held numerous positions of responsibility in the field of foreign relations, notably becoming director of the cabinet of Bernard Cazeneuve then Thierry Repentin, ministers responsible for European Affairs from 2012 to 2014. At the end of this period, he was appointed delegate ambassador to the environment, a position he held until 2018.
