H. E. Dr. Albrecht Conze currently serves as the German Ambassador to Uganda. As a diplomat in his national Foreign Service, a UN peacekeeper and an EU capacity builder, Ambassador Conze worked in fragile and failed states and post-conflict situations the past fifteen years. His professional focus is on Africa’s stability as well as on peace and capacity building issues in African countries.
