Dr Guillemine Taupiac Nouvel is Professor of Law in France, specialised in International and Regionalised Criminal Law, she has been working as an expert in transnational crimes and justice for the European Commission, for the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training, and the National School for the Judiciary.
Member of Scientific Board of Review in International Criminal Law (YIECPL), she created a master’s degree in International Criminal Law and has been working with the African continent to intend to develop academic cooperation. Working in the area of sexual violences with the NGO Institut Joinet (Institut Francophone pour la Justice et la Démocratie), she worked in 2022 with the PANZI Foundation and Dr Mukwege for the making of a new Plaidoyer pour l’adoption d’une Stratégie nationale holistique de Justice transitionnelle en RDC.
